Alicia Mae Jack, 20, passed away October 16, 2017 in Panguitch. She was born June 25, 1997 in Panguitch to Dellis Jane Elmer.
She is survived by her mother, Dellis (Randy) Muirhead, Panguitch; siblings: John Brian Elmer, Thomas James Garrard, Sgt. Amanda Anniballi, Emma Roundy, Austin Jack, Jeremy Alan Jack, Mary Louise Gordon; step-sister, Jessica Muirhead. Preceded in death by a sister, Kathrine Garard.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Panguitch Stake Center. Friends may call prior to services at the church from 12:00-1:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Panguitch Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
