Our beloved Amanda Ann Crowther, 25, of Lehi and formerly of Cedar City, Utah, passed away May 25, 2013 in Lehi. She was born September 15, 1987, in Bountiful, Utah, to Henry Jon and Leisa Leach Worthen. She married Colby Paul Crowther, February 15, 2006, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She is survived by her husband, Colby of Lehi; children, Cloe Crowther and Marlie Crowther both of Lehi; parents, Henry Jon and Leisa Leach Worthen, St. George; brothers and sister: Shaun Paul (Sutton) Worthen; Jesse Jon Worthen; Karlee Alene Worthen, all of St. George; Alex M. Tanner, Lotheuie, CO; grandparents, Lewis and Pat Leach, Panguitch; Mary Worthen Pike, Littlefield, AZ: Tony Worthen, Washington; great-grandmother, Betty Frandsen, Panguitch; mother and father-in-law, Paul and Diane Crowther, Lehi; sister-in-law, Emily Diane Crowther, Lehi; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
Preceded in death by uncles, Lewis Troy Leach; Paul Don Worthen; great- grandparents, Bert (Thora) Leach; Keith Frandsen.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 12:00 noon in the Panguitch 2 nd LDS Ward Chapel, 200 N. 400 E. Friends may call at the Ward Chapel in Panguitch on Saturday from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Panguitch Cemetery. Funeral directors, Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti
