    Arthur Dale Anderson, 89, of Elsinore, passed away March 28, 2023 in Mesquite, NV.  He was born June 10, 1933 in Bloomington, IL to Delmar B Anderson and Andrey Phillips.  He married Betty Barrett on August 14, 1976 in Honolulu, HI. She preceded him in death on October 13, 2013.
    Arthur served in the Korean War.  He was an electrical technician with the phone company.
    He loved his wife, his Miller Lite, and golf.  Pops, as he was lovingly called,  was proud of the position he held at the phone company, the family business Betty and he created together “Anderson’s Deli”.  He was happy he got to enjoy early retirement so he could travel and spend time with his "beautiful bride" as he referred to Betty.  They loved Mexico and traveled there often before settling in Elsinore.  He enjoyed the local Elks Club, doing crossword puzzles, playing Pai Gow poker, and visiting friends.
    He is survived by his son, William Anderson; step-children: Connie Haley, Carolyn Roseberry; grandchildren: Zackary Anderson, Nickolas Anderson, Arthur Anderson, Samantha Anderson, Lainey Anderson, May Lin Anderson,  Dawn McDaniel, April Fernandez, Nadine Kiernan, William Lueder, Daniel Smith, Aaron Burris, Desire Burris; great-grandchildren: Roy Anderson, Brittney Estrella, Tanner McDaniel, Nicole Goodman, Zackary Fernandez, Jasmine Reyes, James  Blackburn IV, Micheal Lueder, Preston Lueder, Pamela Gradzinski, Jessica Corbett, Tierra Corbett, Leah Ozaeda, Hadlie Smith, Kayla Smith, Chloe Smith, Garrison Burris, Kai Burris; sister, June Sipos.
    Preceded in death by his parents; step-children:  Charlayne Vest, John Burris; grandchildren:  Angela Leuder, Francisco Reyes; siblings:  Phillip Anderson, Margaret Phillips, Velma Shannon.
