Charlotte Ann Madison Moulton, 84, of Ephraim, UT passed away on May 22, 2022 in Provo, UT.  She was born on October 21, 1937 in Idaho Falls, ID to Truxton Dale and Lottie Jones Madison.  She was married to Eugene Moulton.
