Cherie MaRee Morley

October 28, 1941 — August 3, 2011

Cherie MaRee Southwick Lamoreaux Morley was tragically taken from our lives on August 3, 2011 in an automobile accident. She was born October 28, 1941 in Lehi, Utah to Eldred and Mary Adith Brooks Southwick.

She spent the last fifteen years living in Gunnison, Utah.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be missed by all who had known her. She accepted everyone and would do anything in her power to help anyone in need. Always making you laugh and smile one way or another.

She is survived by her daughters, Jane(Russell) Fox, Mary Duncan, Susette(Rick) Robinson, Elisa Ann(Ryan); son, Ray Jack Lamoreaux; brother, Mike(Shirley) Southwick; sister in law, Anna June(Southwick) Ellison; sixteen grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren, along with many other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother; brothers, Rex and Earl(Carol) Southwick; sons in law, Nevin Skousen and Jerry Duncan; and first husband Dr. Jack W. Lamoreaux.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 1:00p.m. in Gunnison 5 th LDS Ward Chapel, in Centerfield. Friends may call at the ward chapel in Centerfield on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Gunnison Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.

She married Dr. Jack Wayne Lamoreaux on September 22, 1958 and later divorced. She was then remarried on August 13, 1996 to Glade Blackham Morley and was later sealed in the LDS Temple in February 1998.

She attended schools in Lehi, Utah and graduated from Lehi High in 1959.
