Cindy Sue Jacobson Bills ascended to her eternal home on April 9, 2026, at her residence in Aurora, Utah. Death was due to natural causes. Cindy was born in Murray, Utah, on March 28, 1959, to Ronnae Mahon Jacobson and Aaron Jacobson. She is the wife of Terry R. Bills of Aurora.
Cindy was a warmth and light to every life she graced. Her time on earth was marked with compassion, love, and acceptance. Cindy’s home was filled with laughter, joy, and the family she curated with creation and “adoption”. She opened her heart and home to many wayward strays throughout the years, embracing them with a love only a mother could give. Her family was the center of her world. In her early years, she fought many trials to give her children and family the life and values she held as most important.
Family time was her favorite affair, holding holidays and family camping trips closest to her heart. If there was water, fish, and a campfire, it was best to count Cindy in.
This hardworking mother, to five rambunctious boys, and loving, devoted wife created memories and exuded love lasting a lifetime. May Cindy’s laughter echo through our minds & her love warm our souls till we meet again.
Preceded in death by parents, Ronnae Mahon Jacobson and Aaron Jacobson; grandparents, Carl and Josephine Jacobson, Ruth and Rod Mahon; aunts and uncles, Delone and Don Shupe, Patt Conover, Laura and Delone Nielson.
Survived by husband, Terry R. Bills; children, Daniel and Leslie Peterson, Nathan and Britelle Kelso, Joseph Kelso and Sandra Bowden, Baltimore and Bobbie (Martinez) Kelso, Anthony Kelso and Sarah Adame, Shelise Musell, Ayla Northrup; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; siblings, Laurie Ann Davis, David Carl Jacobson, and Michael Murphy.
“There isn’t anything better than family and water.” – Cindy Bills
