Daniel Ted Frantz, 58, passed away October 3, 2018 in Elsinore, from complications of a lingering illness. He was born August 23, 1960 in Twin Falls, Idaho to Morris T. and Geraldine L. Bottorff Frantz.
He was a carpenter and had many artistic talents. He was a lifetime Kansas City Chiefs fan.
Survivors include his mother, Jeri Frantz of Elsinore; father, Morris T. Frantz of Monroe; children: Brandon (Melissa) Frantz of West Bountiful, Nicholas (Amber) Roe of Marble Falls, TX, Joshua Frantz of Salt Lake City; 9 grandchildren; siblings: David Murphey of Layton, Denise (Grant) Fowkes of Sevier, Diana F. Olson of Kanosh, Dorene (Kasey) Elison of Riverton. He is preceded in death by his son, Bradley Frantz; granddaughter, Teresa Glenn Frantz; nephew, Dallas Olson and his grandparents.
Dan chose to donate his body to medical science and research. His family is grateful to the University of Utah School of Medicine, Body Donor Program that has made his wish a reality. The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later time.
We will forever miss his keen sense of humor, wit and special messages of advice. He had a big heart that only a few got to know. We love you always and forever.
