Danny James Hansen, 48, passed away Feb. 8, 2012, in Martinez, Calif., after a valiant battle with cancer.
He was born March 3, 1963, in Richfield.
He loved being a dad to his three precious children.
Dan loved the outdoors — hunting, fishing, camping, boating and water skiing. He also loved to ride his Harley.
Dan is survived by his children, Melissa, Mallory and Nicholas, all Martinez, Calif.; his companion, Barbara, Martinez, Calif.; his parents, James Delono (Charlie) Hansen, Richfield; Illa Mae Steele, Ivins; his sister, Jody (David) Cox, Manti; his nephew, Mike Simmons, Manti; and his three nieces, Brandi (Ned) Sorenson, Richfield; Shanda (Greg) Owens, Monroe; and Teisha (Jeramy) Anderson, Manti.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 18, at 3 p.m., at the Richfield Elks Lodge, 1955 South Cove View Road, Richfield.
