Francine M. Stubbs
Richfield, Utah

Francine Maurine Daniels Stubbs, 62, passed away July 6, 2023 in Richfield.  She was born June 3, 1961 in Tooele.
She married Samuel LaVar Meacham, June 6, 1979 in Joseph, Utah.  They later divorced.  She married Eldon Harris Stubbs, July 1, 1988 in Richfield, he preceded her in death
February 25, 2009.
Francine began working as a server at The Little Wonder Café on Richfield’s Main Street in 1994 when Craig and Rita Patterson owned the café.  She loved the Little Wonder and the history and importance of it in Richfield’s history.  Her life long dream was to own and operate the café when Craig and Rita wanted to retire. She was able to achieve this dream in 2013.
During her time there, she met many celebrities and wonderful people from around the world which have turned into many life long friendships. Because of health reasons, she reluctantly passed the café on to new owners in 2021. She loved her time serving the community there for 29 years.  We as her family thank our community for your continuous love and support, not only during her time at the café but in her retirement as well.
In addition to being at The Little Wonder, Francine completed the Cosmetology program at Sevier Valley Tech, then co-taught in the program at Snow South.  She owned “Francine’s Hair Affair” and loved her clients (who all followed her to the Cafe).
She is survived by her dad that raised her, Keith Worwood of Hurricane; children: Jamie (fiancé, Jimmy Tebbetts) Dalton of Elsinore, Jeffery (Casadee) Meacham and Brandon (Macady) Stubbs, both of Vernal; 7 grandchildren; siblings: Sherrie Frandsen of Phlugerville, TX, Craig (Marilyn) Daniels of Richfield, Lanna (Donnie) Fredrickson of Kearns, Annette (David) Burrows of Vernal, Danny (Leanne) Worwood of Hurricane.
Francine is preceded in death by her  mother, Maurine Noon Worwood;  father, Charles Douglas Daniels; brother: Bruce Daniels; brother-in-law, Burke Frandsen; son-in-law, Dayne Dalton.
