    Frank Gustave Hallman, 79, of Manti, passed away May 29, 2023 at his home.  Frank was born on August 17, 1943 to Franz G and Christa Zauter Hallman in Salt Lake City.
    Frank married Judy Fredrickson on December 31, 1970 in Las Vegas, NV; together they have three children: Mark (Gigi) Boyack, Tucson, AZ; Joni (Tracy) Smith, Kennadale, TX; Justin (Patricia) Hallman, LaVerkin, UT.
    Frank was a talented archer and along with his wife, Judy, was inducted into the Utah Archery Hall of Fame.  Frank owned and operated Frank’s Body Shop in Ephraim where he painted anything from wooden shoes, tractor trailers, and army tanks.  In everything he did he wanted Judy right by his side, they were joined at the hip.
    Frank is survived by his wife, Judy; children: Mark, Joni, Justin; 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Werner Hallman, SLC.  He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Hal; brother, Jerry Hallman and sister, Barbara Murphy.
