Garrett Westley Billings

Garrett Westley Billings passed away on March 18, 2026, in Richfield, Utah. He was born on May 24, 1941, to William Charles and Florence Mothersell Billings in Modesto, California. 

He is survived by his wife, Lila Gaye Nielson, whom he married on April 1, 1960, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Also by their children, Wendy Jo Jensen, Camille (Richard) Winn, Marilee (Albert) Ortega, April Gaye (James) Terry, Garrett Westley Billings Jr, and Patrick Lewis Billings and Brother, Ted Phillips, along with 18 Grandchildren, and 22 Great- Grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by Parents, William and Florence Billings; son-in-law, Thomas Jensen; Brother, William Billings; Sister, Barbara Chapman; and Sister-in-Law, Betty Billings.

Cremation Services will be held in the Magleby Mortuary and Cremation Center. 
The family will be hosting a Memorial Service on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Richfield 4th Ward Chapel.
