    Jack Lamont Jensen, 66, of Centerfield, passed away June 16, 2024 in Provo. He was born August 22, 1957 in Dugway to Burns A and Dorthella Miller Jensen. He married LeeAnn Westlund on July 13, 1985 in Centerfield. The marriage was solemnized on October 8, 1988 in the Manti Temple.
    Jack was a very quiet, patient and loving husband, father, and grandfather. His family was the center of his world.
    He loved sci-fi and history, classic rock. He loved to watch cooking shows and experiment with new recipes. He was a very hard worker and did whatever he needed to help others. 
    Survived by his wife; children: Clinton Jensen, WA; Virginia (Chris) Baker, Henderson, NV; Nathan Jensen, Manti; 3 grandchildren, Sol, Phynix and Crystalin; siblings: Darwin (Gwen) Jensen, Gunnison; Lynette (Kay) Jensen, Kearns; Larry (Janice) Jensen, Hurricane; Kevin (LaRene) Jensen, Paonia, CO; Paul (Paula) Jensen, Redmond.
   Preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Roger (Lynn) Jensen. 
   Cremation will take place in the Magleby Mortuary and Cremation Center. Burial of cremated remains will be on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the Centerfield Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti. Online guestbook at www.maglebymortuary.com
