Jeff Chalk, born January 25, 1945, in Provo, Utah, left an indelible mark on the lives of those around him, and his passing on May 28, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona, surrounded by his loving family, was a testament to his enduring legacy.
He is survived by his devoted brother, Ross Nelson of Marana, Arizona, his cherished son, Nick Chalk of Marana, Arizona, beloved daughter Tammie (Chris) of Colorado, cherished son Travis of Nutrioso, Arizona, beloved daughter Becky (Jimmy) of Tucson, Arizona, ex-wife Barbara of Tucson, Arizona. As well as 16 remarkable grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, who will continue to thrive because of his love and guidance.
With a heart full of adventure, Jeff reveled in the beauty of the mountains, where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and exploring the great outdoors.
His family was his greatest treasure, and he cherished every moment spent on road trips with them, creating unforgettable memories.
As a dedicated and hardworking individual, Jeff built an extraordinary life for his family, and his greatest pride was seeing his children happy and fulfilled, often saying that his kids were his most significant achievement.
Graveside Services and Interment will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Monroe City Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior to services at Magleby Mortuary in Richfield from 10:00-10:30 a.m. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina, and Manti.
