Jeremy Blackham, our beloved son, brother, father, and friend, passed away on November 13, 2025.
Jeremy was born in Richfield, Utah, on July 22, 1978, a warm summer day. He is the oldest of three boys born to Don and Cami Blackham.
Jeremy grew up surrounded by a community filled with family, love, and fun. He spent most of his school days in Monroe, Utah, where he graduated from South Sevier High School surrounded by many friends and extended family. He was an athlete who enjoyed football, wrestling, and especially baseball-his favorite. As an adult, he continued to find joy in playing softball.
Jeremy also loved the outdoors, camping in the mountains and desert, and spending time at Lake Powell, a family favorite. He passed away in the very environment that brought him peace. Jeremy earned a degree in drafting and later expanded to include surveying.
Of all his accomplishments, Jeremy’s greatest joy was his son, Kai. Kai was the love of his life, the center of his world, and Jeremy was endlessly proud of him.
Jeremy’s life was marked by struggles and challenges. Just when it seemed he had finally conquered his challenges, cancer entered his life. Jeremy had a heart of gold. He was charismatic and sometimes mischievous. He had a way of knowing exactly what you wanted to hear to make you happy. He was deeply loved and surrounded by people who cared about him. He never missed a chance to reach out on Mother's Day, Father's Day, or Valentine's Day. Jeremy was and always will be loved.
