Jill Hafen, a devoted mother, beloved wife, cherished grandmother, and dear friend to many, passed away unexpectedly on June 30, 2025, in Annabella, Utah. Born on April 3, 1965, in American Fork, Utah, to Jane and Reed T. Toone, Jill spent her life bringing joy, warmth, and love to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Jill found true happiness in life’s simple pleasures — time spent outdoors, Harley rides, camping, and fishing alongside those she loved. Her adventurous spirit and deep appreciation for nature made every moment shared with her feel meaningful and full of life.

Above all, Jill’s heart belonged to her family. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she took immense pride in being a constant, loving presence in their lives. Whether attending games, recitals, or celebrating milestones, she showed up — faithfully and joyfully — with unwavering support and affection.

She is survived by her loving husband and lifelong companion, Burke Hafen, and their children: Matthew (Loryn) Morgan (Loa), David (Mericha) Hafen (Bicknell), and Jessika (Conner) Justice (California). Jill is also lovingly remembered by her seven grandchildren, who brought her endless joy and pride.

She leaves behind her siblings: Keith (Inez) Toone of Tooele; LeAnn (Jerry) Hansen of American Fork; Ross (Calie, deceased) Toone of Richfield; Jana (McKay) Rollins of Sigurd; Kaylyn (Brent) Bagley of Greenwich; and Marylee (Bruce, deceased) Morrell of Richfield.

Jill’s legacy is one of love, loyalty, laughter, and an unwavering dedication to her family. Her greatest days were spent simply — surrounded by those she loved most.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the blessing of knowing her.
