    Jimy Dee Shannon, who passed away on January 5, 2024, is remembered by his family and friends. He is survived by his son, Jimy Patrick Shannon, daughter and two sisters, who will cherish his memory in their own ways. 

    Known for his love of the outdoors, Jimy found solace in hunting and fishing, activities that brought him a sense of peace and connection with nature. In honoring his life, his son Jimy Patrick Shannon wishes for any donations to be made to the World Wildlife Fund (www.worldwildlife.org) in his name. This gesture reflects Jimy Dee Shannon's appreciation for the natural world and serves as a way to continue his legacy in a positive light. Jimy's journey through life was complex and filled with challenges, but it is hoped that he has found peace. His memory will be carried forward by those who knew him, each in their own way.
