Kathleen Clark Spendlove passed away peacefully May 24, 2020 at her home in Circleville. She was born May 14, 1941 in Salt Lake City, UT to Ruby Marie Powell and Henry Clark. She attended West High School in Salt Lake City, and then attended the University of Utah for 2 years until she met her husband Joseph Neil Spendlove. They were married in Milton, UT on August 31, 1962. Their marriage was solemnized in the Mesa, AZ Temple in January of 1967. Her husband preceded her in death on December 29, 2015. Together they had 5 wonderful children, 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Kathleen was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints her whole life serving in many church callings and touching many lives along the way. Along with the many callings she and husband served faithfully together in the St. George Utah Temple. She lived in many places like; Scottsdale, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, Westland, MI and Circleville, UT. She was a very organized person who loved family history, crossword puzzles, and loved music and church devotionals.

Kathleen is survived by her 4 children: Christine (Alan) Christensen, Evanston, WY; Gregory Spendlove, Grant Spendlove, and Anthony Spendlove, all of Circleville; and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her son, Cam Spendlove; parents; daughter-in-law, Renata Spendlove; step-father, Grant Averett; and a sister Naoma Kern.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Milton Cemetery in Morgan, UT. Friends may call Friday, May 29, 2020 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel.
