Kymberlee Lyn Christensen

July 15, 2012 — April 15, 2011

Kymberlee Lyn Christensen, 23, of Manti, peacefully slipped away from her earthly struggles on April 15, 2011 with her parents at her side. Kymberlee was born July 15, 1987 in St. George, Utah, to Tracy and Karen Christensen; 15 minutes following the birth her identical twin sister Kylee . She is now once again whole and reunited with her twin sister who preceded her in death 4 years ago.

Kymberlee attended Dixie Downs Elementary, Manti Elementary, Ephraim Middle School and graduated from Manti High School in 2004. She always had a smile for everyone, loved anything sweet, rocked out to her Mother’s loud music, and loved to watch football. She was in heaven when she was on the sidelines with the cheerleaders at the MHS football games. She had very little speech but "football" was the one word she had mastered.

Kymberlee is survived by her parents Tracy and Karen Tatton Christensen of Manti; sister, Jacie Sue Koegel; brother-in-law, Johnny Koegel; nephews, Brayden Trace Koegel and Maddex Thomas Koegel, all stationed at Lakenheath A.F.B. in England; Grandmother, Delora Christensen, Mona, Ut. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Lynn and Sue Tatton; and grandfather W. Homer Christensen.

She will be greatly missed by the many care providers she has had through the years. Also her aunts and uncles, James (Kristine) Tatton, Nephi; Lynda (Michael) Wintch, Manti; Scott (LuAnn) Christensen, West Valley; and her many cousins, who she loved spending time with.

The family would like to thank hospice nurse, Helen Parry; Primary Children's Medical Center; and her many doctors, therapists, and teachers who cared for her during her life.

Kym we will always love and miss you very much. You and Kylee can now walk hand in hand and talk, sing, laugh, dance and do the things you were unable to do in this earthly life.

Services were held Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at noon in the Manti 8th LDS Ward Chapel. Burial was in the Manti City Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
