Linda Louise Smith, of Grand Junction, CO passed away on May 17, 2016 in Richfield, Utah. She and her husband, Howard, were just finishing up a very good fishing and camping trip in Utah, when Linda suffered a massive heart attack that took her life. She was born in Philip, SD to Forence and Lester Crowser on August 21, 1948.
Linda was quite active with the VFW Post #1247, supporting our Veteran's, and with the Ladies Auxilary, raising money for cancer research.
She is survived by her husband; daughters: Paula and Leslie; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brothers: Jimmie, Chuck, and Danny.
Linda was loved very much by her family and friends. She will be sorely missed.
A celebration of Linda's life will be held on Saturday, May 28 at 3:00 p.m. at The Brass Rail, 476 28 Road in Grand Junction. Family and friends are invited to say their final farewell. Linda's ashes will be buried at the Delta, CO Cemetery.
