    Margie Faye Collins Cropper returned to the loving embrace of her Heavenly Father on a cold and snowy morning, February 14, 2023 in Richfield. Just one month shy of her 85th birthday. She was born March 13, 1938 in Quanah, TX to James Cecil and Mattie Lee Morris Collins.  In between those years, Margie never allowed even a single blade of grass to grow between her toes.  To say she was active was an understatement. To those who knew her best, she was always on the go traveling, entertaining, cleaning, cooking; it didn’t matter, as long as she was on the go.
    She married Gerald Fenn Cropper on January 20, 1958 in Blanding, Utah.  He preceded her in death on March 18, 2013. Margie loved her family fiercely with a passion few could match. Marge was a mother to all of her children’s friends, her place was the hang-out.
    Margie’s life was filled with civic service, she served on the 4th of July Parade committee, Utah Horse Breeder’s Association, and many more. She lived out her life on her terms, always serving; never a cross word was heard, nor judgement made unless you were a referee.  Remember the Hurricane football game.
    Marge truly loved everyone who came into her life.  Fiercely loyal and brutally honest in all aspects of life.
    Carpenter was just another of her life’s jobs: building four homes; working side by side with Jerry together they built a thriving jewely store in Richfield. Jerry the Jew and Marge, too.
    Survived by her children: Ronald P. (Brenda) Cropper, Central Valley; Janet C (West) McCollum, Colorado City, TX; step-children: Janet (Mervin) Jones, So. Jordan; Sue (Randy) Anderson, Murray; step-daughter-in-law Gloria Bishop, American Fork; 22 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; brother, Paul (Gwen) Collins, Richfield; sister-in-law, Ramona Collins, TX.
    Also preceded in death by her parents; step-children: Lynn Bishop and Peggy Joy Cropper;
siblings: Ora Lee Collins, Jeannette (Gary) Pierce, Helen Marier (Gary) Freeman, Jerry Clyde (Francis) Collins, and David Earl Collins.
