Melba Davis, 88, of Panguitch, Utah, passed away January 22, 2013, in Nephi. She was born February 22, 1924, in Panguitch, to William and Phyllis Mae Galloway Evans. She married John Jay "Jack" Davis and he preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter, Jackie (Michael) Seely; three grandkids; five great-grandkids; one great-great-grandchild; and sister, Delores Wayne, Cedar City.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Connie Burrows and a son, Chris Davis.
Dedication of the grave and interment will be held on Friday, January 25, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. in the Panguitch City Cemetery.. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti
