MELVIN JARVIS YOUNG, 96 OF CEDAR CITY, UTAH– passed away March 4, 2018. The father of Mehl Young and Mervin Young. GRAVESIDE SERVICES WILL BE HELD on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Joseph Cemetery with military honors provided by the Sevier Valley American Legion Post #37 and the Utah Honor Guard.
