Shane Dee Griffin

Shane Dee Griffin, a beloved son, brother, and friend, left this world too soon on July 22, 2025, at the age of 33 in Monroe, Utah. Born on July 16, 1992, in Gunnison, Utah, Shane was a vibrant spirit whose laughter and warmth touched the lives of everyone he met.

Known for his passion for collecting board games, Shane’s playful nature and love for friendly competition brought joy to countless gatherings. His dedication as a Dungeon and Dragons player revealed not only his strategic mind but also his imagination and capacity to bring friends together for epic adventures. Shane cherished the time spent with his family and friends, always emphasizing the strong bonds that held them dear. His zest for life was contagious, and his playful enthusiasm created treasured memories that will last a lifetime.

Shane is survived by his loving father, Sharon Griffin; his supportive brother, Shad Griffin; and his caring sister, Sheri Griffin. Together, they stand as a testament to the strong family foundation that Shane held dear, embodying the love and connection that defined his life.

He is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Robyn Griffin, who now watches over him with pride and love. The bond they shared was unbreakable, and her memory lives on in the hearts of Shane's family.

A viewing will be held in his honor on July 28, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Monroe Stake Center, located at 140 South Main, Monroe, UT. Following the viewing, a graveside service will take place at the Monroe City Cemetery at 11:00 AM, concluding at 12:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to come together to celebrate Shane and the remarkable light he brought into their lives.

Shane Dee Griffin will forever be remembered for his kind heart, infectious laughter, and the joyous moments he created with those fortunate enough to know him. May his spirit continue to inspire love and connection among all who remain.
