Terry C Nelson, 81, passed away October 17, 2020 at his home in Monroe with his loving wife, Patricia at his side. He was born February 12, 1939 in Provo to Ralph Nelson and Grace Mills Nelson Lee.
Terry married Mildred Ann Caloway on August 13, 1960 in the St. George Temple. They had 2 sons and 2 daughters. She preceded him in death on December 10, 1988. He married Katherine McQuade, January 19, 1974. They had one son, later divorced. He married Patricia Christensen on January 26, 2005 in Central Valley.
Terry graduated from South Sevier High School and played baseball as a student at Southern Utah University. He started his working career with JC Penney Co and later owned and operated service stations in Bountiful and Salt Lake City. He spent much of his life in Northern Utah and when his mother become ill, he returned to Monroe to take care of her so that she could stay in her home until she passed away.
He and his wife, Patricia played a lot of golf and enjoyed many friends and family.
Survived by his wife, Patricia, Monroe; children: Debbie Whiting, Fruit Heights; Rodney Nelson, Salt Lake City; Natalie (Dave) Filby, West Valley City; Mitch (Jen) Nelson, Clinton; Steve (Amy) Nelson, Palm Beach Gardens, FL; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; siblings: Lorraine (Dane) Gregerson, and Bart (Melissa) Lee, both of Monroe.
Also preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Clark Lee; brother, Keith R. Nelson.
Graveside services and interment will be held Friday, October 23, 2020 at 12:00 Noon in the Joseph Cemetery.
