Judy Mae Sessions Anderson, 77, passed away at her home in Venice on June 2, 2019, surrounded by family. She was born on September 7, 1941 to Thomas "Bud" and Bernice Crosland Sessions in Declo, ID. She graduated from South Sevier High School in 1959. She married Scott David Anderson on September 24, 1960 in Richfield. Their marriage was solemnized in the St. George Temple on September 10, 1982.

Judy worked different positions in the community and retired from her position as business manager at Sevier Valley Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, hunting, hiking, fishing, camping, and traveling. She loved making quilts, which she and Scott sold at the National Finals Rodeo Cowboy Country Christmas Show in Las Vegas, NV

She is survived by her husband of 58 years. Judy and Scott had four children: Richard (deceased), Teresa (David) Bass, Las Vegas, NV; Jeffrey (Vicki) Anderson, Venice; Mitsy (Charles) Ruesch, Southern Indiana; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by siblings: Ted Sessions, ID; Mary Ann (Jay) Nielson, Taylorsville; Roy (Elaine) Sessions, Orem; Stan (Becky) Sessions, Big Water; brother-in-law, Wayne Anderson, Salt Lake City; along with many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents; brother, Thomas "Buddy" Sessions; and brother-in-law, Jerry Anderson.

Judy dearly loved her children grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will surely be missed by all who knew her.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the team members of Zions Way Hospice.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Venice Ward Chapel. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Magleby Mortuary in Richfield or Friday at the ward chapel in Venice from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery.
