Kenzie (Roberts) Hillin

June 6, 1980 ~ June 27, 2022 (age 42)

Kenzie Hillin
Annabella, UT

Our loving and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, and aunt, Kenzie Kay Roberts Hillin, suddenly passed four months and three weeks after an car accident. In that time she fought a hard battle to recover, but ultimately succumbed to her injuries.

Kenzie was born in Richfield, Utah on June 6, 1980 and was raised in Annabella, Utah to her loving parents Eric and Tammy Jorgensen Roberts. On that day, their world changed for the better. Kenzie had a heart of gold and was determined to spread it to those in need. She was independent and free spirited. She was a shoulder to cry on whenever you needed one, your best friend, or your partner in crime.

Kenzie fell in love with her high school sweetheart, Adrian Hillin, their love has been proven to be forever. On December 31, 1996 they were married; their marriage was solemnized in the Manti Temple December 28, 2005.

Kenzie became a young mom at the age of 17, she was determined to finish her schooling while taking care of her young family. Kenzie and Adrian created their life together and fulfilled it with their three kids: Riley, Mattison and Gunner. They were building their dream home in Monroe, Utah and planned on starting their next chapter of their life.

Kenzie was passionate and enjoyed the outdoors, shed hunting, crafting, photography, and she loved spending time in her yard. Kenzie always kept herself busy with doing activities she loved. She was very involved in her children's lives—her oldest grounded her and they shared many thoughtful conversations; her only daughter brought out her mischievous and enthusiastic side; her youngest son was her soft spot and shared an untouchable bond.

Kenzie and Adrian devoted their lives to living it to the fullest. They shared many passions and connected through spending time with each other completing goals they created together. They would spend hours disconnected from the world shed hunting or planting sunflowers in her yard. Her kids brought in dogs that she grew to love and treated them like grandchildren. Kenzie was devoted to her career and was inspired to make a difference in her work and the people around her. In those 10 years she created many life-long friendships. Kenzie touched many lives and will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and love for others. She will be missed.

She survived by her sons: Riley James and Gunner David; her daughter Mattison Kay; Her parents Eric and Tammy Roberts; her sister, Erica (Lenny) Dejong; her brother, Jordan Roberts; her grandmother, DonNetta Jorgenson; parents-in-law, Jim and Darlene Hillin; sister-in-law Tanya (Tony) Rydalch; brother-in-law, Jordan( Stefani) Hillin; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
